I am going to jump straight to the ingredient and procedure because we have a complete video to explain you better. Feel free to watch that in case you have missed it.
Ingredients
500gms Chicken (With Bone)
10gms Oil
Saunf Seeds
1/2 Chopped Onion
5-6 Green Chillies
2 Tbsp Pepper powder
1/2 Tbsp Turmeric Powder
2 Tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
Salt
Chopped Coriander
Curry Leves
Procedure
Wash the chicken and keep it aside.
Now let us start the fry in a nonstick pan. Pour the oil in the pan and let it heat up and then add the saunf seeds (10-15).
TIP: Do not add more saunf as the flavour is dominating.
Once the seeds starts to splash, add chopped chillies, onion and ginger garlic paste and let it cook for sometime till the onion turn translucent and the rawness of the ginger garlic paste is over.
Now add in curry leaves and let is splutter as well and add the washed chicken 🍗 and mix it with all the fry already in the pan. Then add the dry ingredients Turmeric powder and salt to taste. Mix it well and let it cook for sometime.
Once the chicken is cooked tp 50%, then add pepper powder and mix well and let it finish cooking before the final step of adding chopped coriander which gives an amazing flavour contrast to the entire recipe. Once done, you are good to go. Serve it in a bowl and enjoy.
