HEALTHY AND EASY HOMEMADE GRILL CHICKEN



Who does not like grill chicken? Common!! You cant say No. In that case you never tried a good one yet.

Trust me this one is going to blow your mind and you are gonna get addicted to this recipe as you are not just having a tasty chicken but also you can customise based on your macro needs.


Let's get started then...

I am going to jump straight to the ingredient and procedure because we have a complete video to explain you better. Feel free to watch that in case you have missed it.


 

Ingredients

  1. 1 Whole chicken with skin

  2. 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt

  3. 1/2 tbsp turmeric

  4. 2 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder

  5. 1 tbsp pepper powder

  6. 1/2 tbsp Coriander powder

  7. 1/2 tbsp Cumin powder

  8. 1/2 tbsp garam masala

  9. 1 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  10. 20gms Olive oil

  11. Salt to taste

 

Procedure

Wash the chicken 4-5 times and pat down with kitchen towel to make the skin little dry.

To get the skin extra crispy after grilled, slit the chicken and rub with little salt so that the excess water from the skin is drained off.

Now comes the marinade. Mix all the ingredient list from 2-11 to a thick consistency and start rubbing the mixture to the chicken and use hands to get better results.

Once you have rubbed the mixture on the chicken completely, put it aside for rest for an hour at least for the chicken to absorb the flavours. You can do this procedure overnight as well for better results.

After an hours, take the chicken pieces and place on the grill inside an oven and cook it for 25min each side by turning it in midway.

There you have it, simple and homemade grilled chicken


TIP: To get extra flavourful, save a spoonful of marinade n mx with water and brush it in the mid way when you are about to flip the chicken. It will turn out to be amazing.
