crispy cauliflower dry - keto/low-carb

Everyone looks for low carb or a keto diet inorder to lose extra weight or cut some excess fat in the body. So today we are going to teach you how to prepare a tasty & spicy healthy snack which is macro friendly.
Ingredients
200gms Cauliflower
20gms Olive Oil
Mustard Seeds
2 Chopped Garlic Cloves
Dry Red Chilli - optional
Black pepper powder
MTR Karam powder / Tandoori powder
Before we get sarted, it is very important to clean the cauliflower as we all know that there is so much germs in it. So you can cut them into small florets like in the above image and part boil them for 2min in hot water or soak them in boiling water with salt for 10min.
Once your cleaning is done, remove the cauliflower florets and dry them so that the end result will become extra crunchy.
Now it is time to step into the last process. Preperation.
Take a wide non-sticky pan and pour 20gms oil into it and wait till the oil is hot enough. Add in some mustard seeds for flavour and also for it nutritional benifits and let it splatter. Once the sizzling sound has come down, add in chopped garlic and 2 dry chilli (optional) to the pan and stir properly so that the garlic and red chilli releases its flavours.
Once you are able to smell the flavours of garlic n chill, add the dried cauliflower florest and dry fry it till it is cooked and crispy brown. It will usually take around 5-6min on a medium flame.
TIP: Do not fry the cauliflower in a high flame as it will burn the florets and you willl only get the end result as burnt cauliflower.
Once the cauliflower florets are cooked and turned into brown, add in salt and the spices (1/2 tbsp black pepper & 1tbsp Karam powder) and stir properly. In case if you want to cook the cauliflower properly, add in a splash of water and let it cook and you have it ready to be served.
